More Educational Toys for our Creche

Thanks to your support, Ilungelo Lethu Creche in Thembalethu township received another shipment of educational toys, puzzles, books, games and blocks. Seeing the delight on the children's faces was priceless!

First Scholarship Awarded

Meet Khanya Danster, a sparkly, bright, friendly, 6-year old girl from Thembalethu township in George. With a full scholarship from the Wild Wings Educational Trust, Khanya is able to go to grade 1 this year, at Glenwood House!

Ilungelo Lethu Creche Receives First Donation

The Ilungelo Lethu Creche in Thembalethu township has received a donation of toys and books to kickstart our project of supporting this preschool. We have visited the school a couple of times and decided to pledge our support and source the educational resources they currently lack.

Update on Life Community Services

Life Community Services is one of the organisations we partner with who are doing fantastic work in some of the poorest township communities in George, South Africa. Their holistic approach includes a feeding and clothing scheme, education and training, life skills, social and medical assistance, and more.

First donation received

The first donation of ZAR 500 to the Wild Wings Educational Trust was received even before the trust had been launched, by clients on a Wild Wings safari who heard from their guide about our plans to launch the trust!
